Rosemarie Trockel

Rosemarie Trockel was born 1952 and is a famous German female artist. She makes a major contribution in international contemporary art and teaches at the Kunstakademie in Düsseldorf. She is known for her exceptional artwork, e.g. she the knitted blankets depict the logo of nuclear and Playboy. She is interested in creating an open-ended artwork and representing traditional art on several fronts, including science and nature.
