Franz Heinrich Louis Corinth was  born in the nineteenth century and died in the first quarter of the twentieth century. He was a German painter and published his artworks using the name ‘Lovis Corinth’. The artist’s works presents dramatic figurative, religious and landscape paintings, which can be described as Expressionist Painting.
